What do I need to do to become a client of milopay.trade?
To become a client of milopay.trade you need to create a free account. It doesn't take much time, but you will get an opportunity to become an investor and earn profit. Please check our Get Started page for more details.
How many accounts can I create in my name?
You can create 3 (three) separate accounts from your computer and your IP address and one account for your family. If we find more accounts used through the same IP address, we can suspend your account temporarily.
How can I access the account?
If you are a registered user, please enter your username and password in the appropriate fields at the top of the website and click the "Sign In" button. You will be redirected to your account automatically as soon as you have done the above.
How can I change my personal information in my account?
Log into the account and click "Edit Account" to enter the personal information page where you will be able to modify your data. Save the changes when all necessary data are entered. However, you may not modify your e-mail and e-wallet because this function is disabled for security reasons. If you want to change these data, please contact us and include your secret questions and secret answer in your message.
What if I can't log into my account because I forgot my password?
Click forgot password link, enter your username or e-mail and your login data will be sent to your e-mail address.

Are there any limits for an investment amount?
The minimal investment amount is only $10 and the maximal amount is $50000.
How soon will my deposit be added to my account?

Can I invest several deposits at once?
Yes, you can have an unlimited number of deposits, but each of them will be processed separately.
Can I deposit directly from my account balance?
Yes, you can make a deposit from your account balance. Simply log into your member account, click "Make Deposit" and select "Deposit" from "Account Balance" button.
After I make a withdrawal request, when will the funds be available on my e-currency account?
Funds are usually available within a few hours, up to 30 hours.
What could be the reason for the delay more than 30 hours?
There are several reasons for failure to pay:
- The e-currency account number, which is to be specified during registration, is missing or incorrect.
- You have balance limit imposed on your e-currency account. Please contact e-currency provider to sort this problem out. EgoPay will not work if the amount is less than $1.

You can access your account information 24 hours, seven days a week via the Internet.
How do you calculate the interest on my deposit?
The interest rate depends on the deposit amount. To calculate your interest, you can use our Profit Calculator. Also there is an interest accrual schedule which may contain different interest rates to be accrued on weekdays and weekends.

Yes, we have a multi-level affiliate program which pays you 4% of the deposits of your personally introduced referrals, 1.5% of the deposits of your second-level referrals, and 0.5% of the deposits of your third level referrals.
How will I receive my referral commission?
The personal affiliate link has the following format: https://milopay.trade.biz/?ref=Ronald, where "Ronald" is your username in milopay.trade. The referral commission is accrued to your account balance instantly. The referral bonus can only be withdrawn in the e-currency which your referral used to make their deposit, for example, if your referral used Perfect Money to deposit, then you may only withdraw your referral bonus in Perfect Money.

How do you know that a new investor was introduced by me?
